Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Handle basic guest requests, including providing information about local attractions and dining.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry services and inventory management as needed.
