Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to address guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and special event support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency with computers and basic office equipment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
