Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and public areas.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate daily logs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
