Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed housekeeping and maintenance coordination
- Assist with event setup, guest transportation, and concierge services
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with health standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred for shuttle services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
