Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business development
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure ADA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands preferred
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hospitality technology
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Texas Food Handler Manager certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license
