Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health/safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Analyze financial reports, control operating expenses, and identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve complex service escalations
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate and leisure partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in luxury hotel management
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Advanced knowledge of hotel PMS systems and revenue management strategies
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California Food Handler's certification and ServSafe credentials
