Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance development programs
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and local market engagement
- Resolve complex guest issues and maintain exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury/premium brands
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Manager certification
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
