Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warm hospitality
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Prepare daily reports and maintain lobby area standards
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Ability to multitask during peak check-in periods
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation
