Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Oversee property maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance with industry regulations
- Drive sales strategies and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Implement innovative marketing tactics to maximize occupancy and average daily rate
- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/upper-upscale properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue generation
- Expertise in staff development and high-performance team leadership
- Strong understanding of Philadelphia's hospitality market and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in Opera, Delphi, and other industry-standard property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's and ServSafe certifications
