Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service and complaint resolution
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Manage departmental budgets, payroll, and financial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance development initiatives
- Foster community partnerships to enhance local tourism engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury or full-service properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Valid Texas Hotel Manager Certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills highly desirable
- Available for flexible including nights, weekends, and holidays
