Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel lobby, housekeeping, and front desk functions.
- Manage and train a diverse staff of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure 5-star guest satisfaction and handle high-level guest inquiries.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- Maintain safety and security protocols across the property.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and maintenance services.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar certification is a plus.
