Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand reputation through superior service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work culture.
- Monitor budget and financial performance, including P&L management and cost control.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
