Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth daily workflows during your shift.
- Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and payroll reporting accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lobby, guest rooms, and public areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in training new employees on company policies, service standards, and POS systems.
- Secure the facility during opening and closing procedures and monitor security cameras.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
