Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying payment methods and collecting necessary information.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence in a timely manner.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel services.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are looking for a willing-to-learn attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive demeanor.
