Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality at all times.
- Manage and analyze financial reports, including P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid hospitality management certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
