Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using Opera/PMS systems
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Process mail/packages and assist concierge requests
- Ensure lobby and common areas are immaculate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
