Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, utilizing property management systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Process guest payments and handle cash, credit cards, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with local information, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A valid driver’s license is recommended.
