Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and local community partners
- Drive revenue generation through targeted marketing and sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury or full-service properties
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in P&L management and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Manager certification
