Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Monitor financial performance through budget management and cost control
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve escalated issues
- Collaborate with sales team on group bookings and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven leadership in luxury/premium hotel environments
- Strong financial acumen and PMS proficiency
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid NYC Food Protection Manager certification
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
