Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and personalized service.
- Manage the hotel budget, including revenue forecasting and expense control.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
