Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately using our property management system.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and polite demeanor, answering inquiries about local attractions and amenities.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily financial reports and reconciling room charges.
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout the night to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
- Assist guests with special requests, from late check-outs to wake-up calls, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision during the night.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
