Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage the P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate partners, and the local community.
- Drive marketing initiatives and special events to enhance hotel visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in hotel management, preferably in luxury or upscale settings.
- Proven track record of financial management and operational success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
- Fluency in English; foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
