Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Manage and mentor a diverse staff, conducting regular performance reviews and shift scheduling.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and resolve complaints immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy rates and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
