Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and common areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and organized to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies to maintain efficient operations.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections to ensure all cleaning protocols are met and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
- Shift Management: Adaptability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to spot and correct cleanliness issues.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with the team.
