Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional 24/7 guest service at the front desk and throughout the property
- Handle check-ins/checkouts efficiently using our proprietary hotel management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct nightly security patrols and maintain a safe environment
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Complete nightly reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all associates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
