Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout the night.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and answer inquiries.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain lobby and common areas.
- Handle wake-up calls and coordinate with housekeeping staff.
- Manage front desk operations during off-hours, including phone coverage.
- Ensure all emergency procedures are followed correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
