Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration of guests.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for daily operations.
- Assist in enforcing safety and security protocols within the hotel premises.
- Participate in nightly shift handovers and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
