Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (night/weekend)
- Manage front desk staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Process payroll and financial reports weekly
- Train new staff on hotel systems and standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel shift management experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Valid Colorado hospitality or alcohol service certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
