Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, bellstand, and concierge operations during assigned shifts
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and urgency
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Manage inventory control for guest amenities and supplies
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Process payroll and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align team goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven shift management in 24/7 hospitality environments
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TSSA certification or equivalent security training
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- NC Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
