Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet strict hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Bed Preparation: Make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and pillows are fluffed according to brand specifications.
- Amenity Management: Restock toiletries, towels, and mini-bars to ensure a luxurious guest experience.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and guest clothing efficiently.
- Inspection & Reporting: Conduct final inspections of rooms and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Equipment Care: Properly handle and maintain cleaning equipment, vacuums, and chemical supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not always required for qualified candidates.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping staff.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
