Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations during assigned shifts (day/night)
- Train and mentor new team members on guest service protocols
- Resolve guest complaints and elevate service recovery opportunities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and room inventory systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
- Implement emergency procedures during critical incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Washington State Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Washington driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
