Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and security operations during assigned shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training protocols
- Conduct nightly audits of guest rooms and public areas
- Enforce safety and security procedures for staff and guests
- Collaborate with department heads for seamless shift transitions
- Maintain accurate shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for property duties)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
