Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts (evening/night)
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance staff coordination
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts and VIP requests
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service standards
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new team members on operational systems
- Prepare shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (evenings/nights/weekends)
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for property inspections)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and compliance standards
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
