Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS systems.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
