Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and accurate billing.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route messages efficiently.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor building security and ensure all access protocols are followed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution and maintaining cleanliness of the lobby area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
