Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments with poise.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, and transportation needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash deposits and reconciliations.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Update guest profiles and reservation information in our Property Management System.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
