Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-in/check-out processes, and concierge services
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Process payments accurately, manage reservations, and maintain guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold hotel cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout all areas
- Assist with event setup, luggage handling, and valet services as needed

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
