Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain immaculate hotel standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Support event setup and banquet services when needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid work authorization (US or TN visa)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
