Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences and prompt issue resolution
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards
- Process payments and operate property management systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and special requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer systems
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
