Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during assigned shifts (day/night)
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts using PMS systems
- Monitor revenue streams and report financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Valid New York State Food Handler's preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Spanish/other language fluency a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
