- Handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems

- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Uphold health/safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid food handler card (if F&B role)
