Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Manage inventory of linens and supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to work location
