Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and reservations with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to update guest information and room statuses.
- Assist with lobby maintenance and ensuring the public areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
