Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with food & beverage and event teams
- Maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards
- Support hotel operations during peak seasons and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
