Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general hotel services.
- Operate hotel equipment and machinery, including vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure the lobby area is inviting and well-stocked with amenities.
- Perform light maintenance duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required if you demonstrate strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
