Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures in a friendly and professional manner.
- Front Desk Support: Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and respond to emails promptly.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms.
- Service Delivery: Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Event Assistance: Help set up and manage room layouts for special events and conferences.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns with patience and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Open: No previous hotel or hospitality experience is required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant, welcoming demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
