Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services with exceptional attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information and property security
- Participate in daily briefings and continuous training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid Minnesota food handler/servsafe certification
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
