Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments using PMS software
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for guest satisfaction

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends

- Valid Virginia driver's license (if valet position)
