Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, and food service departments
- Perform efficient check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and brand standards
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
