Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area throughout the night.
- Security: Monitor building access and ensure the safety and security of guests and property during your shift.
- Problem Solving: Address guest needs and resolve minor issues to ensure a comfortable stay.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all qualified candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
